Ame Agari means 'After the rain', as you can guess viewing her lowered umbrella. Amongst particularities of this doll, you can note the very bright colors and smooth hair. She also has very well done eyelashes.
This model, which won a craft prize in Japan, is delivered with a little wooden sign where it is written from right to left:
