Handmade and handpainted in Japan
This tall Kokeshi doll is decorated with many Japanese symbols.
Engraved and painted on her kimono, you can admire on this kokeshi a representation of the Mount Fuji, the Torii (a sacred door) situated at its summit and the pagoda that you can visit at its base. Sakura (cherry blossom) brings a touch of spring to the whole.
A small wooden panel with her name Fujisan is delivered.
