This Shoyu Ramen (soy sauce flavoured broth) will take you straight to the land of the rising sun without the inconveniences that come with gluten consumption. Indeed, these noodles are made from japanese rice flour and not wheat, without losing the authentic taste and texture of the most famous Japanese dish. Moreover, this ramen is vegetarian and contains no msg!

Ingredients (inscription on the back of the bag in English) (subject to change by the manufacturer):

- Noodles: Rice flour (domestic), potato starch, water, alginic acid ester (seaweeds gum), vitamin B2, modified starch.

- Soup: water, fermented rice seasoning, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, gluten free soy sauce, flavoring and sesame oil, sugar, creaming powder, yeast extract, brewed vinegar, napa cabbage extract powder, garlic, ginger, caramel, guar gum, seasoning (organic acid), modified starch.
