Your package will be shipped within 24 hours of online ordering.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) depending on product availability.
All international* orders are shipped via the Japan Post.
Price is depending of the weight of the package and is calculated during the order process.

- Cheaper than EMS
- Delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks**

Airmail Small Packet
- Cheap
- Up to 2kg / 4.4lbs only
- Delivery within 3 to 6 business days**
- No tracking number
- No insurance

SAL Small Packet
- Very cheap
- Up to 2kg / 4.4lbs only
- Delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks**
- No tracking number
- No insurance

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return the products to us within 10 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase (less shipping and handling).
We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately (within 24 hours).

*If Goods are being ordered from outside Japan, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination.
