This set of five bowls is lacquered using the 'suri' technique which allows to obtain a see-through finish. The bowls are covered with the black lacquer and wiped with a piece of cloth.
This process is repeated as much as needed.
These bowls are easily stored as they can go on top of each other.
This model is also available in red.
Shikki objects are sensitive to a direct exposure to sunlight. These products cannot be used in microwaves and cannot be washed in dishwasher. Urushi products should be dried quickly after washing.
