Japanese Tea sets

One of the most common drink in Japan is green tea which was imported from China several centuries ago and still served in most restaurants.
All the tea pots have a grid to prevent the leave to go into the cups and can be use for standard black tea.
All these tea services are made by craftsmen in Tokoname, Japan. Washing in dishwasher is not recommended...

There are different ways green tea is served in Japan and all are very orchestrated.
The following one is the most common way and pretty simple:
- first boiling water is poured into each cup to warm them
- a big table spoon of green tea leave is added to the pot
- the boiling water in the cups is poured in the tea pot containing green tea leaves
- leave 90 to 120 seconds and serve
- It's possible to do several services.
